Contact form
When you submit the form we process your name, email, phone number, topic, and message so we can reply and follow up on your enquiry (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) — steps prior to a contract, or Art. 6(1)(f) — our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries). Messages are sent by email via Brevo (processor). We keep correspondence only as long as needed for the conversation and ordinary business records, then delete or archive it.
Spam protection
The form uses Google reCAPTCHA, which may process technical data (e.g. IP address and browser signals) under Google’s terms and privacy policy. Legal basis: legitimate interest in preventing abuse (Art. 6(1)(f)).
Cookies & analytics
We use a strictly necessary cookie for your theme preference and a consent tool (TermsFeed) to remember cookie choices. With your consent we may use Google Analytics to understand site traffic. You can change or withdraw cookie consent anytime via Cookie preferences in the site footer. Analytics and non-essential cookies rely on consent (Art. 6(1)(a)).
Transfers
Some providers (e.g. Brevo, Google) may process data outside the EEA. Where that happens, they rely on appropriate safeguards such as EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability of your data, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. Where we rely on consent, you may withdraw it at any time. Complaints can be lodged with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY). Email us at office@curvejump.se to exercise your rights. Providing contact details is voluntary but required if you want a reply via the form.
