Practical questions, short answers.
Part-time vs interim — what’s the difference?
Part-time / fractional means an ongoing retained rhythm (often 1–2 days a week) alongside your team. Interim is a time-boxed cover for a leadership gap — more days, clearer handoff date. Both can include advisory; we size the engagement to the problem, not a package.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. Based in Stockholm, working remote across Europe by default. On-site days are available when the work needs a room, not a call.
Swedish or English?
Both. Meetings, docs, and board updates in Swedish or English — whichever the team and stakeholders actually use.
